A question that we're often asked is "Where does the jurisdiction of the Internal (PoSH) Committee lie? When can they initiate inquiry, and when can they not?" This episode explores common scenarios which may fall out of the scope of the Internal Committee (IC), and what Organizations can do to redress them. We're excited to have advocate, PoSH consultant, extenal member and SASHA team member Srividya Sriram speak on this topic.
About Srividya:
Srividya Sriram is an experienced Legal professional with years of proven success at large Corporates as well as with established Legal Consultants. As a member of team SASHA, she has supported various organizations pan India as External Member. She has also been working on research relating to Intellectual Property at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore for nearly 10 years. Previously, she has held legal positions at organizations like Greaves Cotton Ltd., Wockhardt Ltd., and Lexsite. Srividya is a Graduate in Law from the Government Law College, Mumbai.
