This session explores how to identify, assess, and interview witnesses during workplace grievance redressal proceedings. Learn when it’s relevant to involve witnesses, what to consider when selecting them, and how to manage confidentiality and disclosures. The session will also cover handling uncooperative witnesses and making sense of complex or unexpected statements. Attending this session is beneficial for anyone involved in managing or conducting sexual harassment inquiries.
