"From the other side" - Rights of the person accused of sexual harassment

What do you need to know as a person who maybe accused of sexually harassing? How do you respond? What are the rights of a person accused of sexual harassment (Respondent)? As a Member of the IC or as an 'employer' what do you need to know about the process of Inquiry and principles of Natural Justice, in conducting a just and unbiased Inquiry?
