Theme: Retaliation for Sexual Harassment Complaints

The session will focus on situations where parties face victimisation or retaliation as a result of reporting incidents of sexual harassment at the workplace. The session covers the prevalence of retaliation and ways in which retaliation can be addressed by the employer and the Internal Committee.
