Theme: POSH for Managers
It is crucial for managers to undergo a session on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) to foster a safe and respectful workplace and to ensure compliance with legal mandates. Proposed training will use various case studies and Q&A to equip managers to effectively handle and prevent incidents, promoting a culture of inclusivity and trust. In addition to understanding the basics of POSH some of the other challenges that will be covered in this session are -
