Hello,
Greetings from SASHA.
Announcing the 46th SASHA workshop in the Compliance and Beyond Series.
Theme: Beyond the Fire Drill: Preparing IC Members for Sensitive Inquiries and Compliance
When your office conducts a fire drill, the goal is clear: to ensure you’re equipped to respond effectively in an emergency, minimizing risks and maximizing safety. However, have we given the same level of attention to the preparation required when addressing cases of workplace sexual harassment?
Are we equipped to understand the complexities of:
Consent and empathy in sensitive situations
Upholding confidentiality while managing allegations
Differentiating between false complaints and genuine complaints
Determining appropriate interim relief measures
And, most importantly, do we fully understand the nuances of the PoSH law?
These are crucial elements that every Internal Committee (IC) member must be prepared to navigate with clarity, sensitivity, and legal competence.
